RESERVATION POLICIES:

As always, we require a credit card to schedule appointments over the phone and full payment when booking online. We use the card as a means of holding your desired appointment time(s). Because of the one-on-one care that you receive, this time is carved out especially for you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment if you need to submit any waivers, this ensures that your scheduled time is not cut short or runs into the next person's time. Everyone deserves the same attention and care!

If you’ve submitted waivers for all therapies being received, within the past 6 months, you may arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours preceding your appointment time. Your payment will be refunded minus any processing fees for your transaction. Any appointment cancelled after 47 hours before the scheduled time will result in a 100% fee (of all appointments scheduled). We hope you understand! When we have clients that cancel last minute, it forces us to turn away business that could’ve otherwise booked your spot. This greatly affects the profitability of our small business. In the case of Coronavirus, we will break policy if proof is provided. There will be NO REFUNDS on any services performed.
 
Appointments:
- You understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury.
- You are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any service or activity, including those provided The Laya Center, LLC and its entities.
- You agree that if you engage in any physical service or exercise/activity, you do so entirely at your own risk.
- Any recommendation for changes in diet including the use of food supplements are entirely your responsibility and you should consult a physician prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement changes.
- You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness or death.
- Release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (a) your participation in any service or activity or participation in any routine and (b) instruction, training, supervision, body work, or dietary recommendations by The Laya Center, LLC and its entities.
- You acknowledge that you have carefully read ypur “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
- You expressly agree to release and discharge The Laya Center, LLC and its entities from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against The Laya Center, LLC and its entities for personal injury or property damage.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and understand this content and that this releases liability of The Laya Center, LLC and its entities..

 

PRICING:

All prices and fees are subject to change without notice. We are a ‘Pay At Booking’ establishment. If you need to cancel, you must do so according to the above cancellation policy. You will incur a processing/transaction fee on your refund, as we still incur this cost on the original payment. A service charge of 8% will be added to all transactions due to the increasing costs of raw goods and materials associated with these products and services. All gift card and e-Gift card purchases made with a discounted price to be used to pay for any discounted services or packages. Packages, series, bundles, classes and membership options are non-transferable. Please note your expiration on the series and package purchases. See corresponding agreement for details! Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work or other personal events except for specific medical reasons. To be considered for an extension, please submit a letter accompanied by a doctor's note to The Laya Center, LLC. Requests must be submitted before the expiration of your series. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn, giftables that have been used, yoni eggs, opened consumables or any skincare products unless they are damaged. If a retail product is damaged or defective, we will offer a guest a full replacement or refund. A guest has 7 days to return the purchase for a refund of your purchase amount. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns accepted within 7 days (with proof of purchase) are returned to the original form of tender.

Mobile Wellness Services Terms: For all Mobile Wellness Services provided by The Laya Center, our standard booking policies and fees apply, including a 48-hour cancellation policy. In addition to the base service rates/fees, for individual residences or private venues, a 50% on-site service fee will be added for services performed at off-site locations. Plus, an automatic gratuity of 22% will be included in the total cost of services. All fees are non-negotiable and will be confirmed during the booking process. Clients are responsible for adhering to normal booking and cancellation policies.

We invite you to experience THE LAYA CENTER, LLC, a small family owned health haven in Kansas City, MO. We offer an array of holistic services, herbal workshops, herb school and retail options. Completing a form or purchase constitutes your agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions as outlined. Orders:

Yoni Eggs - Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to extend refunds or exchanges.

SUBSCRIPTION/MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

Dues are automatically collected each month. Membership can be canceled with 30 days advance notice ONLY by email ONLY. Once cancelled, membership may not be reinstated for 6 months. All lapsed payments are subject to a 3% per day late fee and does not serve as cancellation. It is your responsibility to make sure your card is up to date, to check emails pertaining to unsuccessful payments, and to contact us to avoid a lapse in payment. If your membership lapses for more than 48 hours you may be charged an additional fee.

Changes:

The Laya Center, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products and/or services from us or use our Web Site.
