New Beginnings

How well do you know yourself? Like beyond being a parent, a spouse, a friend or what you do for a career. It is so easy to lose ourselves in adulthood and especially parenthood. Our identities change as we grow and often we try and fit ourselves into a box. But whose box is it? Is it fitting into the neighborhood you live in or fitting in with the mothers of your kid’s friends or keeping up with your coworkers? Do your values align? Do you even really enjoy the same things? 

I woke up one day, literally, and had to ask myself whose life I was living. Like I didn’t even know myself. What made me happy, what I wanted to do, who I wanted to do it with. Empty. I was a shell that thought as long as I checked the boxes that I was supposed to as an adult, I’d be happy. Well, turns out I was wrong. 

Friends, these are tough things to look at. It’s really friggin uncomfortable to ask those questions and have answers come back that you’re not wanting. It may not even be who you are surrounding yourself with or finding yourself in a dead end job, it may be that you really don’t know who you are. Maybe you’ve lost her a bit. It’s all ok. There’s always a path back to you. 

That is the beautiful thing about Grace. About New Beginnings. Each moment is an opportunity to make a different choice. That may be having a side of veggies instead of fries. It may also be taking a breath before responding to something that will inevitably end up toxic, or saying “no” when you’ve always said “yes”. Or, it may be honoring that gut feeling that has been nudging you. Whatever it may be, making that different choice is a small (or maybe big) step back to your true self. Honor your Knowing. 


Inspired by the amazing outcome of living a healthier, more holistic lifestyle, she’s now dedicated to sharing her experience (and mistakes), knowledge and support with others! Already a Registered Nurse, she became a Certified Wellness Coach and created New Beginnings Wellness Coaching to help as many people as possible. Primarily working with women, she provides one-on-one Wellness Coaching, Group Coaching, online courses and meditation classes.

Coaching focuses on wholistic lifestyle change (if client desires):

    *Mind: Creating a mindset to decrease stress/anxiety and increase positivity/outlook/productivity/confidence. Client will learn tools to overcome mental blocks as well as lifestyle blocks to achieve desired goals and intentions.

    *Body: Client will learn how to make lifelong lifestyle and health changes with tools tailored to client’s needs/goals. 

    *Soul: Tools on how to incorporate mindfulness, quietness/stillness into everyday life to help with stress/anxiety and overall well-being. 

Coaching is for clients who want to:

    *Make a health or lifestyle change but feeling stuck and overwhelmed

    *Make changes and have tried “everything” with no results or not being able to sustain results

    *Decrease stress/anxiety

    *Make a transition in a career or relationship 

    *Come back to themselves after years of getting lost in parenting, working, a relationship and just life in general. 

Client will gain tools to create their desired outcome as well as have the added support, guidance, accountability and motivation that Coaching provides!

Caitlin is a working mother of three and is dedicated to overall wellness for herself and family. After struggling with unhealthy patterns a lot of her life, Caitlin realized she needed to make a lot of changes to live her best life and provide a healthy household for her daughters. Through mindful living, making intentional choices and striving to grow each day, she has created a life that feels more empowered and free.
