Take your time and go through this guide to create your own personal wellbeing blueprint. You will use this going forward as a reminder of what your goals are and should be! I will be releasing guides throughout the year to assist on your journey, and anyone who wants to take a deeper dive should start a Coaching membership. The Coaching Member will receive a monthly Zoom appointment with a coach (Yoruba Healer…ME, the Astrologist, or any future coach).
