Our community meditation class is back!
Through mindfulness and togetherness we explore the energies that are present in our minds and bodies. Come ready to speak your mind and share in the energy of the community. The first 30 minutes is dedicated to discussion, while the last 30 minutes is a true guided meditation. You may engage in breathing exercises, drumming, sound bowl, chakra reset, and more. Open your mind and free your spirit!
Bring a mat! We encourage you to bring a notebook to start documenting your feelings.
